Afterall, there could be no answers in a world devoid of questions, now could there? Seems to me that questioners are being discriminated against? :o)

Yeah! That's ANOTHER thing! Not only do you get no reward for a good question, but you have to work twice as hard to get back 3 measly points!

Because you need more people to answer questions or else the system wouldnt work and everyone would only ask questions. I think if you get over 20 answers or something you should get like 3 points or something.

That's a good piont. Q's are just as important as Answers if not more. They should give the Questioners 5points for asking the questions in the first place. ;)

There should be a rating system for questions so spammers can lose points and legitimate questions can actually earn points.
