John Mellencamp is great. My favorite song of his was from the 1982 album: American Fool -- Hurts so good.
I used to do Karaoke a few years back and that was one of my regular songs that I would sing... great memories.

I like John Mellencamp...I even liked him way back when he was Johnny Cougar (and I'm really dating myself with that little confession). My favorite song of his is "Little Pink Houses". I think it says so much about America.
John is a true Midwestern poet.
