Honestly, I've noticed it.
It's not that big of a deal though, I realize that when I get on to check for questions, it's night time for most of the people in my area. It's not for others from other areas.
Yours is not to judge, after all.
Now, the real scary fact is that less then ~10% of users actually know how to use a computer for more then E-Mail and Web browsing.

Personally, I entirely think it's you. As for my opinion counting any more than anyone else's, it doesn't matter. Just be sure not to put any links to any thing that people could think that you are selling, even if you aren't, because there are plenty of cry baby's out here reporting people for violation of standards that the caretakers here can't even identify what the specific violation actually is. All the handlers do is send you a couple links for you to try to wade through the legalese and they can't seem to answer straight forward questions either. So enough of my rant, even if it is in English, it definitely is you!
