There is this woman that I like. We went to the movies once and it seemed a little awkward because we're both shy, but when we talked about it later we both agreed that we would give it another shot. Well, we talk regularly and this week (we haven't had another date yet) she told me she is planning on moving to California (from Omaha) in a few months to follow her dreams of being an actress. We seem to click, she says that she likes me, but we don't really know eachother that well. I would like to see what develops out of this and of course I'm not going to try and stop her from leaving but how can I stay in the picture? I mean she is super sweet, smart, classy, beautiful, and not a manipulative witch like I am normally attracted to, so I don't want to just let her walk out of my life. Is it possible to start a relationship with somebody as their moving away or should I just give it up and move on? I just feel like I would be missing out on something great if I let her go. Please help!

You can try, but long-distance relationships never work out. Sorry buddy.

Now give me your wallet.

Do what you feel is right in your heart. If you feel like you'll be missing something wonderful, then DO NOT let her go with out at least giving it a shot. Make sure she feels like she is ready to start a relationship this close to moving away. You wouldn't want her giving up her dreams for something that might only last two months do you?

each and every so in many circumstances, yet no longer in many circumstances. If i will respond to the question, I answer it immediately. Or i elect to no longer answer it and only bypass on. i don't get my panties twisted in a wad at a similar time as a query gets printed indoors the incorrect form, besides the ordinary certainty that I each and every so in many circumstances ask WHY some one printed the question the situation they did, by using certainty i'm particularly specific that the question replace into printed in that area basically to bait ME into answering that diverse question. I each and every so in many circumstances checklist centred bait & phish questions as unlawful for inner optimal harassment. I immediately answer the question that selection into asked till now I ask why the question replace into pasted into that form. i prefer it scares my cyber-stalkers as quickly as I do this.

I am really sorry about this situation. If you really wanted to you could have a long distance relationship, and it may work, but unfortunately it might be even harder than a relationship that has had some time before actually being long distance.

You should discuss this situation with her ... good luck, buddy. :)

Sit down with her for a cup of coffee and tell her that you're attracted to her. I know it's still the early days and while some would freak out, I would think that if she likes you, she'd tell you so and maybe you guys could work out a plan.

Best wishes, Patrick! (;

Forget her. Nebraska has many other fine corn fed farm girls to chase after without the baggage and drama of a hollywood wannabe.

Go for it! You will always wonder what might have happened if you don't try. Who says you wouldn't love California if things worked out?

Give up and move on. With time spent apart you grow up more and change, if that change doesn't happen together nothing will come of it. Sorry.
