Unserviceable has two specific meanings:
1. The thing or part or car is worn far beyond specifications making it unsafe to use or drive. You wouldn't want to drive a car across country that burns more oil than gasoline or the brakes don't work or the drivetrain is falling apart or the tires are bald, ect..
2. The cost to repair the thing or car exceeds the actual cost of the vehicle or replacement cost. This would be like taking a mechanically unsound $500 rust bucket and spending $20,000 to make it "like new" again. And it still will onluy have a value of just over $500 after the fact. The only time this makes sense is if the car is a classic that will be worth twice the money invested once restored.
Good Luck!

Where are you getting these terms in the first place?
An unserviceable car would be one which could not be fixed because it is too far gone. A not serviceable car would be one which was not designed to be serviced, a disposable. At least that's what it would mean in never-never land.

a car can always be serviced, even though service could mean many things for a car. just takes time and money.
