No,although there are a lot of people who do, and the pets dont seem harmed nor appear to be suffering. They seem to do it only to cutesey, yippy dogs tiny enough to be carried around and whose outfits match their owners.

yea, i once found a big bag of my sisters old clothing so i put a cami and a jean skirt on my dog, omg it was so funny!! he was running around like nothing was wrong. i took pictures and videos of it with my phone. then i got this all pink dress and a pair of my brothers socks and put them on him. good times. but i dont dress him in dog clothes. thats gay. other then him playing dress up in my sisters clothes i never dressed him in any thing else.

NO. They are pets, not people. If they are so overbred and specialized that they cannot stand the weather, then hopefully you have the money to heat a patch of yard for them!
