Hi,
I think for me the answer has to be: confidence and a natural sociabilility. I was incredibly shy when I was a child and although I have overcome this now and I do okay in the social/business world, I never feel totally comfortable and even when I enjoy social occasions, it's a relief when they're over. I accept this as being 'part of me' now but it would be so nice to have an inborn 'sociable' instinct!
