Ofcourse he will! I cant see Johnny as the kind of parent with a lot of rules! He will want them to just be who they are and I'm sure he would be fine with tattooed kids! He has them as personal expression and he just likes them. I bet that lily rose will get a rose and jack will get Sparrow

no i don't think so. maybe in the future when his children are older but not now. even though he is cool he won't be that lenient especially to his own children
