No, even tough sometimes I wish I was. It seem so futile and with all that is going on we often ask ourselves, "What can I do?" the answer is usually nothing.
But on the things we can do something about, or at least help in some small way, isn't it about time we all get off our butts and go into action to change what we can?

not oblivious but semi-ignorant,i try to act apathetic and im in a constant state of denial at times, trying to forget things to forge away great feelings of anxiety, however these thoughts wont go away, they hide in our unconscious lurking and waiting for an opportunity to escape...

Well, to be honest the news is depressing. However, I watch it every once in a while so that I can stay current. Makes you wish this stuff didn't happen and when we did watch the news there'd be nothing but good news.

No, I think I am pretty well informed. Between the news at the different ISP sites and the TV/Radio, I am pretty current on current events. I am not a "news hound" like one of my on-line friends, but I do okay.

I am pretty apathetic, and yeah, my world is very small. I prefer not to watch the news though 'cause it makes me very nervous when I do. My shrink actually told me not to. It's just better for me.
