What are your qualifications and what if any industry do you have experience.
If you are a qualified Marine Electrician you should contact Keppel, Sembawang or Jurong Shipyard.
If you have construction qualifications contact the Ministry of Manpower to find out how to acquire Singapore Certification.
If you do not have qualifications check with the Ministry of Education, www.moe.gov.sg to find out what courses you can take to become qualified. There are even scholarships available to people from some Asian Countries if they will sign a bond to work in Singapore upon completion of their studies.

You will not get a job in Singapore cos you cannot make out the difference that this is a Travel section and not a recruitment section... And shame on those who actually took the trouble to answer your question...
