Dating is not illegal in any jurisdiction. Certain sexual activity is illegal if one of the participants is below the age of consent.
The age of consent depends on the jurisdiction. In the U.S., most states do not make a distinction as to the gender of the "adult" or the gender of the "child" in statutory rape laws. However, the age of consent does differ from state to state, and some states have a "graduated" age of consent (i.e. a higher age of consent if the adult is over a certain age and a lower age of consent if the adult is under a certain age). As such, depending on the jurisdiction, sexual activity between an 18 year-old (regardless of whether male or female) and a 15-year old (regardless of whether male or female) could be illegal or could be permitted.

DATING itself is not illegal no matter your age difference. BUT, most physical contact with the 15 year old is grounds for legal trouble, not to even mention the trouble she would get into if they actually had sex.

It can be against the law if it becomes a sexual relationship. I would suggest that the female be extremely careful as the parents of the male can actually press charges against her and win.

It's ok for the 15 year old guy. Only good things can come from that relationship. For the girl................not so good.

no. and it doesnt matter if it is 3 yr age difference. the 18 yr old could go to jail for statutory rape.
