it comes to war issues they should both work together instead of throwing blame and unnecessary name calling .

Trust me, the GOP would love for the Dems to actually help and suggest solutions to winning the war on Iraq.

Unfortunately, all they can do is whine and moan and insist we cannot win. The Democrat leadership is only calling for defeat and failure.

Ideally, the two parties would try to work together for the American people who elected them. A lot of the Congressmen have been bought by special interests that do not have Americans in mind but usually profit and power globally or in another country. Unfortunately, the American citizen is left out of this equation. Vote these bums out or drive them out--just get them out.

Beware of Globalism it's a dangerous thing. Join the Backlash against Globalism.

If you had been attacked as you were in WW2 your political parties would be working so well together you would be amazed. This though is not that situation because your sovereignty is not at stake and neither party can agree on the correct solution. It's very much a case of , he who started the mess should clean it up. Each party will be making as much mileage out of it as they can and hoping that the end result will justify their stance.

It all comes down to money and getting elected again. The people in Congress want both and would step on your throat to get them. Nothing else matters to them. Because their party machines give them big money for their campaigns, they have to toe the line or face de-funding. We need a VIABLE 3rd party, campaign funding reform, and the abolishment of lobbyists.

Until then, little will be accomplished.

What do you mean by resolve? Do you mean work together for mutual victory? If so, I'm all for it.

Dang, already one thumbs down. I guess I'm going to have a hard time convincing people it's a good thing to win.

Why does anybody have to align themselves to a party? There is nothing productive in doing so.
