I took my three boys to the dollar store and before we even got into the car, two of the handles on the plastic swords we bought were broken & the boys didn't even get to start using them yet (the sword fighting wouldn't commence until they we got home)!
Yes, quite annoying, as I had just started the car. Turned the ignition key off and marched back in the store and got two more (which broke a couple of days later).

yeah, I brought this pocket radio at a major electronic store, and after putting in the battery which came with the package, the radio did not work...so I had to head back to that store, 14 miles apart, and stood in long line for twenty minutes to return the item, they asked me if I wanted another same model, and I said no. lol

Yes, I bought the Fisher Price digital camera for my daughter from Toys R' Us. I told her about she was excited as ever. I opened the box up placed 4 new batteries in the thing, and it didn't work. I took it back to Toys R' Us, and they told me it was broke, do I want to exchange it for another one. I replied "No, I would like my money back"

yes! One time I bought a Swiss Army backpack...it broke two months later. I was really disappointed, because I thought it would last a long time!

Yes, it's very annoying and it pisses me off! LOL It is the same as getting some take out and when you get home, your order is wrong!

yea. but this time, i didn't buy it from the store. i ordered it off of the internet. i just bought a brand new hp pavilion notebook(spent ALL the money i saved from my VERY first job just to get this computer) and already, its a piece of crap.
what a waiste of money.

extremely! I have had to make 3 returns this month alone!
and on one of the items i got 2 of them and neither of them worked so I gave up...
V smile paint pad for my son, he was so crushed when he couldnt play it.
