You write very well. If you speak nearly as well, then you're doing great. Anything that will increase your exposure to English will help tremendously. Do you have access to English speaking television? Could you regularly volunteer as an English speaking guide at a local museum or other attraction that draws English speaking people? Or you could listen to books on tape in English and repeat the sentences as it goes. Just some thoughts for you. Good luck.

At the risk of stating the obvious... the U.S.A is not the only country in the world.... oops, I mean it is not the only country in the world that speaks English. In fact, I believe there is a place called ENGLAND who claim to have invented it themselves.

To improve your english speaking skills, you need to practice speaking english. The best way to do that is to find someone who speaks english and ask them to help you.

If you don't have any Americans living in your country, then find someone in your culture who speaks English well. Ask them to teach you by repeating after them and speaking only in English when you are around them.

Just make sure that you are open to criticism, if they correct you or tell you that you are doing something wrong be open to the rebuke and be willing to change it; otherwise it won't work.

If you know an American that is your associate, then this is better and they probably won't mind helping you.

Hope this helps...

There are chat rooms on some ISPs where you can practice English, for instance on Paltalk.com. Also there are websites with audio files you can listen to and then repeat. Go to Google.com and type in "practice speaking English".
