You actually should be able to get an annulment based on "misrepresentation". Get a lawyer. If you can't afford one, go through your local Legal Aid.

obviously if you didn't know that...it means he is most likely not a repeat offender.

but if you are serious....
then you would do it the same way you would get a divorce from any other man.

you can probably get an anullment. but it should be very easy. to get a divorce from him. but first you need to get a lawyer.

If its been only recently you might be able to get it annulled. Either way, you need a lawyer.

if he didnt tell you and children are involved by law it.s a felony and sexoffenders cant be in a house with children. it.s law see a lawer on this matter as well his record on line . www.sefoffenders. com
