Very unlikely, unless you are falling from exceptional heights where the cold of the atmosphere would freeze you to death.

No, because even-though the changes i temperature and pressure are very rude you reach some point in which you don't accelerate any more you arrive to the terminal speed. This is very large but it is insufficient to kill you nor the rapidly changes in the environment conditions due to your high speed falling
