It doesn't sound like you're overweight, what do your females relatives look like?
Try walking, biking, swimming & doing crunches.
Avoid anything white (sugar, flour, rice & fast foods) & drink lots of water. Eat from all food groups (organic when you can). This would be a long term goal for you, so do something you enjoy doing & your body will change accordingly.
FYI: we're all a little imperfect, that's what makes each person so uniquely different. :)

self esteem, that is a big problem. don't be hard on yourself. forget about the little bump it isn't a big one so ignore it. self esteem is an issue alot of women have issues with their whole life. you can only be who you are and really you have to accept yourself be proud, you are a woman you have the power to create life. thats pretty amazing.

sit ups or crunches are great for for those bumps. To boost self esteem look for others to help. Read to old people in the nursing home, volunteer at a day care center or hospital. It is hard to feel sorry for yourself when you are helping others

Stop worrying about your bumps and lumps. Be confident, and love your self no one will love you more. R you living to please the world. Please your self thats most important. Live for yourself and be happy with what you have. There are millions of handicap people around the world who dont have an arm or a leg or are blind and in a worse state. Thank god for what you have. That will boost your confidene and your self esteem. Love yourself.

Try not to focus on your stomach. If you're not overweight then thats good. Try to focus on other things. The things you really like about yourself. Whether it be your face, eyes, lips, smile, hair, your looks in general, w/e, and once you focus on those things it will bring your self esteem up. It did for me! Everyone is beautiful in their own way... some people just can't find the beauty in themselves. Good luck.

Some girls just have that, I think it is cute! My stomach is concave but I think my best friends stomach is soooooo cute that I am jealous, and she has that little bump at the bottom plus a cute little birth mark.

Oh yes and I must add that she is only 5'2" and most of us in our group of friends are skinny, models, and 5'8" at least, but when we,go out to top LA clubs it is HER that the guys are all losing their heads over.

the only real way to raise your self esteem is to accomplish some goals that prove to yourself that you're capable of anything... try taking up guitar and joining a band.. or if you're a good writer enter one of your stories in a contest... whatever you're good at... if you're busy accomplishing what your soul wants you to you won't have time to have bad self esteem... good luck!! this is what's helped me more than anything

GIRL! that bump is muscle. your fine. just look in the mirror and say 10 things that you like about the way you look. do that everytime you see a mirror. eventually you can do it without a mirror, you can do it before a speech, anything, it works. also, finding beauty in the people around you works too. good luck!
