My fancy goldfish's back fins seem to be pretty jagged on the edges. He is very energetic and eats and all that, but could that be fin rot or what are other things that could be wrong and how do I treat it? Or is that not a sign of something wrong with Moby? Please let me know!

Thank you. I am going to go to the petstore and look into that treatment! Hopefully I caught it early enough for Moby.

To me it actually sounds like fin rot. I had a Beta that did the same thing and his fins totally disappeared. He still ate and everything. What I did is I went to Walmart and got the tablets that disolve in the tank although it turns the tank green and my Beta grew his fins back. It works really well and it is around two dollars. I don't know of any other diseases that will cause their fins to rot.
