You have done school plays. That is acting experience. It is a lot more than I had when I started acting at age 22. I was working as a regular on General Hospital for 8 months before I started training. So just continue your studying and go for it!

Go to the website link below. It is the Screen Actors Guild Agent list for both SAG franchised and non-franchised agencies in all states:

Enter a contest in a teen magazine. Other than that, you need to be 5' 8" minimum to be a model, 5' 9" in most agencies. Check the websites for Ford & Elite, they tell you exactly how to submit photos to them for consideration or how to go to one of their open calls.

You need serious training to become an actor. Acting classes, voice lessons, dance classes to start off with. You can't get an agent without having good training and several roles on your resume. Actors take their careers seriously, you don't get to just walk in and do it, you have to work for it. It is definitely a hard business to get into, ask the thousands of people who come to LA every year for pilot season who go back home with no roles to show for all they put into it.

That doesn't mean that you couldn't do it. Of course actors get hired every day. So get started on your training, audition for local theatre, then come back and ask about agents.

good luck!

First u would have 2 get an agent. i also want to become an actress so I'm taking lessons. i would advise u to get some lessons first because directors and agents want to see that u had had previous experiences with acting. Then u should call up an agent and ask them to to help u, if they like the way u act they will call u up and tell you. Good luck!

you're underage. You can't do anything professional without a parents help and approval.
Talk to your parents and check out sources like Craigslist.org
under the talent listing. They often get postings for commercials and magazines.

You haven't got a chance. Only professionals get to work for money. Thousands of people have trained and are trying hard to get the kind of work you want. You haven't done anything and until you have it's out of the question.

If you haven't got an honest passion for it and just want fame and money, don't even try it. It's an incredibly difficult business that's best left to people who really love acting, not fame-seekers.
