and WOW you were right cleaning the litter pond is a nightmare!

I would mix dry cat food with some bugs and add some tuna for a treat.
I wonder does your frog cat like to get wet? Or does it spend its time out of the water

Fly's milk or feed it some mutant mouse-flies. Mainly the ones that glow in the dark.
