1) Three angles of a triangle total 180 degrees.
Proportions 3, 3, 4 add up to 10
Divide 180 by 10, gives 18.
3 x 18 = 54, 4 x 18 = 72.
Proof: 54 + 54 + 72 = 180

2) Opposite angles of a parallelogram are congruent.
The diagonal will also form two congruent triangles.
Angles on the diagonal base are proportional,
to the opposite sides of the formed trianges.
If the diagonal bisects the parallelogram angles,
then all 4 internal angles must be equal.
Therefore the sides of the triangle are equal.
Which makes the parallelogram a rhombus.
