For like the past 2 years (18-20) my periods have changed and gradually become very regular, and my cramps became more strong and frequent and so did moodiness before hand. 2 months ago (period in May) was the worst, but the one after that (june) and now this one, in july, have been much milder, like less cramps, and one day of slight crankiness as oppsed to 3 or 4 days. is this a sign of anything? or is it normal??

Could be your body going thru some chemical changes. I learned years ago that our body changes chemically about every 7 years.

For the mood issues I found that taking B6 can be quite helpful. You can buy it as a bottle by itself or as part of a bottle of B Complex. You can find it at the major drugstores like Wal-Mart.

I would also recommend talking to your doctor about this to see what they think as well and ask them about trying B Complex to see what they say.
