I started my Neon today, and it started sounding like it was turning off and on, and the door ajar sound was going on and off, and all of my guages were jumping up and down, so I drove it around the block, hoping something might kick in or start working, and all the sudden the gauges all got stuck. My speedometer is stuck on 25 mph, and my RPMs are stuck on 2 1/2, and my gas gauge is stuck on half a tank... what could be the problem. I dont think it's engine problems, it starts up ok, everything else looks fine. My car only has 43,000 miles on it. What could it be and how quickly can it be fixed?

deffinatly a dash board problem. Not sure exactly what it could be but you might need a whole new instrument cluster but first I would take it to a reputable mechanic because there might be a wiring issue and a TSB issued from Chrysler on it...... TSB = technical service bulletins

Dodge Neons are the worst cars on the road. Get rid of it.
