before she had told me she liked me but i just didnt pay much attention, now i think i really like her :/

The Key word being (I THINK I like my best friend).
Since you both are seeing other people it is best to not act on anything. If you are with someone and have feeling for the other girl, it would only be the right thing and break it off with her.
Its never a guarantee that your Best Friend and you will hook up and if you do more than likely if your relationship doesn't work out, then you wont remain as Best Friends. (normally)
Plus she is seeing another guy.

examine your heart properly and think thru thoroughly. who u like best. since she told u so, and if u decide its go - go for it. and vice-versa and keep the friendship going for as long as possible for u never know what will come next.....
