Is it ok to buy this DDR2 PC2-5300 CLB Ram for my Asus P5B Motherboard(Please, need answers quickly)?

As long as it is 240-pin DDR2 RAM, if you bought the 200-pin variety that is for laptops, and will not work.

honestly not sure what "clb" means, but ddr2-5300 is what your board uses.
