Skin stretches more than rubber, I tried peeling mine and it stretches way more than rubber. Just for comparision, skin that has the body fat taken of from the inside still retains its elasticity moreso. Than rubber that has been boiled or heated to skin temperatures.
The next time i skin myself or someone else, i'll do it scientificly and post it as question.

I think skin when it possible, like with pregnant women it would stretch more than what rubber would allow?

that will depend on the what consist in the rubber, how elastic it is to be stretched. Having said that, skin is stretcable. Look at those pregnant ladies, their tummy goes back to almost flat after given birth. It's amasing.

Well depends on how old the skin is. If its over 40 it streches a lot!
