Wrap up a present with a small baby figurine in it!

Or... feed him some baby food.

Buy diapers when you go shopping and leave them in the trunk and ask him to help unload the groceries.

Take him to home depot and ask him what color the baby's room should be.

Buy him and the baby shirts that say,"World's Best Dad" and "My Dad Rocks" or something corny like that.

Just start buying baby books and leaving them all over the house.

Start calling him Big Daddy in a sexy voice and see how long it takes for him to catch on.

Write a note on your belly that says...Guess who?
or Baby Jones or Coming soon to a bassinet near you something silly like that \

Let us know how it goes! Curious to hear what you decided!

I drew (well actually my friend did as it's hard to do it upside down!) a picture of a baby on my tummy and the words "congratulations daddy".
When I got changed into my PJ's at night, I came out topless saying, "oh i got you something today"....and then he saw it and took a couple of seconds to click, but it was priceless!

Or if he has a hobby like fishing or football, buy a childs rod or ball and wrap it up and give it to him when he comes home. When he opens it, say "I though you might want to get a jump start on teaching the baby"

Or send if you don't mind other people knowing, send him flowers at work with a note saying "dear daddy, I can't wait to meet you, I hear you're pretty cool! See you in 9mths. Love Baby

Hope that helps!!

Do you have kids? If so, get a sitter. ;)

When he comes home, have the house candlelit and a trail of rose petals leading from the door to the bedroom. You can make it up from there. The point? To remind him that you are still his wife...especially if this is your first child, that will make him feel much more comfortable with the pregnancy in general. Many men are afraid to lose their sexy wives when they become pregnant. If you assure him this won't happen, the news will probably be taken much more joyously. :)

Congratulations, and good luck!

PS I like the "wrap up the pregnancy test and give it to him" idea. :)

You fix a good picture of a new born baby in your room. If you can , then nit or stich some dresses for a new born baby. Buy few books for expecting mothers. You may ask him questions about his mother. He will become curious to find out the reasons for all these and if he is inteligent will come to know that you are expecting a baby.

Go to a t-shirt shop that prints custom t-shirts. Maybe have a onsie printed with an announcement on it such as "I can't wait to meet my new Daddy" or something else that might excite your husband. They also make cards for expectant fathers that you could include with it as well. Just an idea...Good luck and congrats!!

How fun!
I would get him a matching dad and baby shirt (look at Current or Creative Images on line) They have Big Guy Little Guy shirts.
Set the table really fancy and serve baby food.
put diapers in his underwear drawer

Have a party with a big group of friends. In the middle of the party have everyone line up. Say, "everyone who is not having a baby step forward", when your man steps forward say, "no, not you".

Creative and funny!

Send him a photo message with a picture of the positive test.
Get him a card that says thinking of you Dad, and put the test inside.
Wrap up the test in a gift box and wrap it.
Get anything that says Dad on it and give it to him.

Those were just a few things I could think of off the top of my head. COngratulations!

You know how most guys don't "notice" things that we women do? LOL Buy a white tshirt and write something on it like we're pregnant or something along those lines. It will probably take him a while to even notice

did you ever see the full house episode where becky found out she was pregnant and to tell him she cooked him a dinner of baby corn, baby back ribs... and i think baby baby carrot and becky was all like "notice anything about dinner???" or you could just tell him that you have a big dinner planned and then when he sits down for dinner give him a plate w/ a bunch of babyfood jars on it and flash him a BIG smile!!

best of luck!!
