I am a collector of movie-memorabilia and love movie posters.
(The standard one-sheet size of 27" X 41") I live in the Atlanta Georgia area and, until about a year ago, I could purchase frames for this particular size poster at a local media store for only $20.00 each which is a bargain if you have alot of posters to put in frames...(They are just basic black plastic frames and a thin sheet of clear plexiglass to cover the poster but, they do for what I need.)
Anyway, the media store where I used to purchase these frames went out of business about a year ago and, I haven't been able to find another store that carries them.
I've tried art supply stores, craft stores, etc...I saw some on E-bay but, they were very expensive so, the question is, can anyone recommend a dealer that carries this size of frame that maybe I could purchase them maybe 10 at a time or so?
Remember, they have to be 27" X 41".
Any input would be appreciated. Thank you.

I used to work in a discount framing store (also out of business) and we had customers asking about this all the time. Try Michaels. They don't have an online store anymore, but the framing section has limbs in 2 packs to customize a frame. You just buy the two lengths you need (one pack 27" and one pack 41"), buy the shield from a hardware or art store, and assemble at home. They are a bit pricey, but less than a custom frame, which is the only other option.

I don't personally find the too cheap, but just buy poster frames from Walmart or a store of that nature. I have priced them at $15-$20.

I just did a quick search for " cheap movie poster frames " All kinds of sites came up. I just skimmed over them, but some had the size you are looking for. Here's one site.
