I hate to say it, but it seems unlikely. You can probably get into a reasonably good university, but the ones you mention have very stringent requirements. Looking at their self-reported profiles on collegeboard.com, only 4% of admitted students had GPAs under a 3.75 at Stanford, and your "planned" SAT scores would be right in the middle of their range. Because your GPA is low, and you don't have activities, you would have to have pretty much a perfect SAT score to be considered. The University of Pennsylvania is a little easier to get into, but there, too, your GPA is on the low side, and your "planned" SAT is average. So even if you were to get the SAT scores you are hoping for, you have nothing to counterbalance the lower-side GPA.

Is the 3.85 weighted or no? If it is, you probably couldn't get in, unless you're from a very small town/rural area.

Colleges want well-rounded people, not just academic-only minded kids. You have to show them that if they can pick you, it's a good investment because you'll use your education to go further in life. Without extracurics, you're just a bunch of numbers . College admission officers want to see a person behind the numbers, and without extracurriculars, they have no idea of what you can do in college.

It'll definitely hurt your chances. And don't write an essay on why you have no extracurriculars... why would you write about a weakness?

dont write ur essay on how ur a family man and thats how u have no extra curricular......u have to only focus on good things in ur essay, not make excuses. do the coming from another country thing.
also, you cant "plan" on getting such a great score on the SAT, u will be very nervous. i got 1820.
Do about 24 hours of community service. i do my high school's requirements(26 hours for each grade) at an old age home. u can also do it at a library.

Due to the amount of college credit you already have, the college may require you to enter as a transfer student. It may be more beneficial to you as well. If I were you, I would check with the colleges you want to apply and talk to an advisor.

I agree with the others, DO NOT WRITE ABOUT YOUR WEAKNESSES!! Stick with the fact that you came to the country. You could write about how the change has effected your family.
