Reagan sent weapons to the Mujahadeen which became Al queda and the CIA trained Osama bin Laden in Afghanistan to fight the Russians and thats just the tip of the iceberg, George Bush senior worked the deal to sell the weapons of mass destruction to Iraq under Reagan during the Iran- Iraq war, our tax dollars were used to aid Sadaam Hussien and we even sent a envoy to Iraq prior to Gulf war one and he was told it would be ok if he invaded Kuwait. The stuff that has gone on is just unreal and this is just a tiny fraction of the stuff, you should see what we have done in Central and South America. We have done many unchristian things for a country that is predominately Christian, If you don't believe me research it yourself. The one biggy that comes to mind for Reagan and Rumsfield is Aspartame, Rumsfield was a big guy with a company called Searle and they developed Aspartame which is a sweetner in Equal and Nutrisweet and thousand of lowfat products, well it turns out many scientist wanted it banned because it causes many illnesses and Reagan did a end around for Rumsfield to get it on the market. It should be known that Reagan helped the Japanese get into our markets bigtime and even get exclusive rights to Alaskan crude and after he left office he did one 15 minute speech in Japan and recieved millions in return. When Reagan left office we had the largest national debt ever in our history and the largest trade deficit in our history and what many think to be the beginning of our trade troubles.

Due to our training and arming of Saddam AND Osama bin Laden a couple decades ago (because we wanted them to win OTHER wars) isn't it likely that some of our people are now being killed by our own weapons? Ron Paul is correct in that we have done a lot to instigate all of this; the American people simply need to have memories that go beyond yesterday's Big Mac.

Yes both are true. We supported the Taliban government so they would defeat the Russians in Afghanistan and we also supported Saddam Hussein and helped him in the war against Iran.
Twenty years later we are fighting against them.

correct on both counts. They seem to forget about all of the problems that they caused. It seems that they create problems because the only way for them to get elected is to have an armed pissed off enemy, even if we have to arm them.

Why do you continue to degrade Reagan with false accusations?

The man is deceased, can't you at least have anything positive to say about him?

We helped them fight the Godless Soviets. The Clinton administration should have supported them more instead of attacking them.
