C

If you were to give either the code or the number of beeps then you would have a different answer.

Different manufactures of computers or bios programs use different codes (display or beep) for memory errors:

IBM display - 00099 memory
Pheonix bios beeps - two short, two long beeps

:)

I'd have to say that either technician might be correct. I've seen strange things that can happen with faulty system boards. I've also seen improper seating of RAM chips that causes all kinds of POST issues.

However, without hearing the POST error code or seeing the video feedback, I can't confirm or deny either one. Sorry, but you have to be there....

answer is B - in straight forward terms Technician B is actual. Ohms regulation states: V / I = R V = Voltage I - Amperage R = Resistance provided that any particular motor's resistance will stay particularly consistent (aside from heat ameliorations), for R to stay consistent as V decreases, i could develop. Geez, do no longer they even coach Ohm's regulation anymore?

until you do the recommended tests and in the proper order, you won't know.

guessing is silly on something like this unless it saves you money. since you can uninstall and reseat the ram yourself, that's a free test, so do it first.
