hmm since you asked five hours ago.. guess i'm a bit late.
i would have gone out to some lonely area so no one else would be hurt and call the authorities on a cell phone and ask to talk to a bomb disposal unit, make sure to tell them that time is pressing and tell them how much time is left.
if all else fails try something, cut or pull a wire, you might pull the right one.

make your self usefull, call county see if they need anything blown up, call farmers is there a gopher problem? if so stick your head in one of the holes and wait, live near a mining company ?they could use some type of blasting on the site.,

If i had a bomb strapped to me, i would take it off and disable it, then i would bring it to the police and tell them about it
i guess i am around 10 to something hours late
If you really had a bomb stuck to you, you would be really stupid to come on here and ask us.

i could refer to Joey and tell him how plenty i admire him because of the fact he's a important chum and could be a great dad. i could refer to Libby, Preston and Jimmy because of the fact they are my dearest friends and that i could in no way prefer to loose them in any respect.
