I assume you mean simplify.
First the numbers: 3 times 5 to the power 2 = 3x25=75
The a: add exponents to multiply so exponent of a is 1 + 2=3
The b: add exponents to multiply so exponent of b is 1+1+2=4
Answer is 75 a^3 b^4
This is assuming the 5b is in parenthesis. If it isn't in parenthesis then number is 3x5=15

There is no equation. You provided a term. An equation is a sentance - y = 2 x + 3 for example reads " y is a nmber whose value is equal to 2 x + 3" . You need an equal sign (verb) and a variable (noun), 3ab a^2b 5b^2 = ???

This is not an equation. Equation must have two sides seperated by an = . Is it understood? Yahoo answers is meant for helping people having genuine problems. Please do not make it a laughing stock
