That is pretty much right on the mark. And man are there times i wish I had kept my mouth closed too!
Although one of my former co-workers took the cake one time. This lady was going into excruciating detail on a problem and he finally said "mam, I understand, I didn't ride the short bus!" She looked at him and said "neither did I, but my kid does!" He wanted to dig a hole, crawl into it and die! How embarassing.
