I lost a baby at 7 weeks at the start of July.
My hubby and I want to add to our family and have been sexual since. Im not sure when my next period was due after i lost the baby so Im not sure if there is a chance that I could be pregenant. I have no symptoms and no real reason to believe that I am, but I would like to know when or how soon it is possible.

I lost a baby at 4-6 weeks in the beginning of June. It's a very hard time to go through and still is. It is good that you are being sexually active with your husband. My doctor said to use condoms between the miscarriage until my next period was over. He said that if you have unprotected sex after the miscarriage and before your next cycle that you could miscarry again. We waited until after my cycle was over (just 1) before we started trying again. Good luck to you!

Its just like after having a baby. Your the most fertile for the six weeks after child birth or miscarriage. Use protection if you dont want to be pregnant again.

You can get pregnant as soon as you ovulate, which could be immediately, or, like it was for me, months down the road. The average is four to six weeks.

You can get pregnant anytime if you are fertile enough. I got pregnant at the tail end of one of my periods.
