in order to make a bike legal on the street, it had to come from the factory with fenders, turn signals, head and tail lights and an approved exhaust. Most states will not allow you to modify a dirt bike to become a street bike UNLESS, the same year and model dirt bike was offered as a street legal version.

Stop by your BMV and ask them what is necessary. You will need plates and an operators license and only on secondary roads. (no sidewalks, interstates, turnpikes, etc.)

yes you can., it will take modifications and money but yes. i.e. plates , registaration, horn , headlights and etc..
