I really want to lose weight
i am 13 and am 5 foot 7 and i weigh 170 and im really fat!!
I WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT REALLY BAD BUT I DONT WANT MY PARENTS TO FIND OUT!!!
how can i not eat without my parents asking me about it??

and dont tell me im not fat cuz i am
and i work out but it doesnt work that great
how can i be anorexic secretly?
how do i kepp my self from eating also

i dont want to eat right i want to lose it fast before school starts and that is august 27
the only way i can do that is by not eating.
ive tried throwing up in the past

ok dont even try the anorexic thing it might bring wieght loss but brings way bigger problems
it simple do this

run for about 15 - 20 minutes every single day or 5 times a week

drink 8 glasses of water a day

eat 6 SMALL meals a day

and try to minimize junk food

ps when you are running dont stop at 10 mins or 5 min
or 12 min
keep going until you finish the time because youll want to give up because you feel so sick and tired but thats a good thing
dont give up

Not eating actually has some really bad long term effects and I'm not just talking about death here. By not taking in food your body is actually keeping the fat it has. Sure in a short term you'll lose the weight but once you eat, even if it's a little you'll gain it right back because your body is screaming out "Store the fat we don't know when we'll eat again!".

It's smarter to eat more frequently but in smaller proportions. I eat five times a day and have lost about 15 pounds in a month, without exercising only changing the diet.

What I usually do.
A small cereal bowl in the morning(6am),
a piece of fruit later(9am),
a small lunch I usually make a home made sandwich, bring activa yogurt and I drink either water or green tea (12pm-1pm),
a few pieces of vegetable(4-5pm)
and diner I eat whatever is made but in a kiddies(toddlers') size bowl (7-8pm).

As for midnight snacks, I would avoid it but if I do eat at night I make sure its a piece of fruit since its light, healthy and got lots of liquid.

To stick to my diet I bought kiddie size bowls so I know how much to eat so I don't over eat.

Also drink lots and lots of water. Water helps to flush away a lot of stuff grease within your body.

Another thing if you eat don't go right to sleep. Wait 3 hours after you eat so that you wouldn't store the fat since your metabolism slows down when you sleep.

Cut at ALL junk foods and soda (regular and diet), eat smaller portions, and eat more vegetables and fresh fruits. Try to exercise at least a few hours every week. You are what you eat. If you can give an honest assessment of how many calories you eat every day, and then basically cut it in half, I GUARANTEE you'll lose weight.

Oh sweet heart it's very easy for you you take maximum vegetable soup and juices of fruits, and do yoga every morning then yo will find after some day's active and slim best of luck

get familiar with quinoa a wonderful grain thats easy to cook and goes great with sauteed vegetables or mushrooms

swap out brown rice or quinoa yes even the new super food which both add up to about 220 calories per cup for cauliflower or roasted peppers that are only about 30 calories per cup
