how do you organize your sunday newspaper coupons?

I cut out the ones I know I'll use, then I have a coupon organizer that is separated into these categories:

BJ's store coupons (a warehouse store like Costco and Same's)
Food Lion store coupons
Free stuff
cereal and snacks
cleaning and health supplies
dog stuff
frozen foods
dairy and cold foods
meats
and "other" stuff (usually coupons for soda's and breads, and stuff that doesn't have their own category)

i take out the pages of the ones i need then cut them out.. i try to organize by expiration date, but i dont have like little sections
