I see what I have done. I see where I have come from. I see where I am going and when I look in the mirror I remember that in 40 years from now I want to be able to still look myself in the face. It helps to keep me from doing things I'll regret.

I view myself as someone who is confused. I look in the mirror and think, "Whoa, I'm actually decent-looking!" and a few seconds later I think, "Gosh, I'm fat," or, "Man, I'm ugly."
The positive thoughts are mine. The negative ones are Satan or stuff I've stored in my memory from the kids at school. =(
