actually the best thing for you to major in is entertainment law. producers are much more on the business end of movies than the production end.

Any of the dramatic arts - especially technical things.
Or acting so you know what your cast is going through.
Or TV production so that you see a finished product.
Or business classes so that you can finance and run a movie company.
Or - - - , OR - - - the list goes on. Texas may be big enough to have a good media tech program SOMEwhere.
