It's funny to see some people saying the Yankees are going to win the WS based on one game. "They are owning the White Sox right now 14-3" The Royals just beat Texas 10-0 so why don't they have a chance? "They hit seven home runs in one game!!" Big Deal. In a 162 game season, it's not very logical to make predictions after one or two games. Not to mention they've had one of the worst starts in team history, it took them months just to get back to .500, half their team spends at least a couple of weeks on the DL, and I don't think they have enough time to make a comeback. Plus they are 3rd in the Wild Card race behind Cleveland and Seattle who have been extremely solid all year long. The Yanks don't have a chance. Go Tigers.

The Red Sox. If they have the lead after 7 innings. The game is pretty much over. Eric Gagne, Okajima, Papelbon. Sweet! And Schilling will be back soon. Even better. And the Yankees won't even make the playoffs.

Go Red Sox!

I think the Mets have the most solid team and the Tigers will once again lose in the World Series.

I'll admit it... the Red Sox. No one's gonna stop them. Who else can u compare with the Sox in the AL? The Angels lack power, and u can't always rely on manufacturing runs, and players always getting big hits. The Tigers' bullpen has been unsteady all year, and the Sox have the most balanced team in baseball. No one's gonna beat them come October. And don't even get me started with the NL.

I hate to say it, but the Tigers or Red Sox beat the Cubs. Yes, the Cubs.

Its still to early to tell, some teams could have a late run and knock someone out of the playoff picture.
