Whose better?
Steve Tikolo
I would say Steve Tikolo,coz he has done well both as a batsman and as a captain in the very few chances he has had in the past years.

Both are good in batting, but Michael Vaughan has scored more centuries than Steve Tikolo, also Michael Vaughan is a better captain than Steve Tikolo.
Therefore;
I would say Michael Vaughan

Of course Steve Tikolo has been a great performer for Kenya (with 2 centuries, 20 half centuries & 69 wickets in 96 ODIs)
On the other hand, Michael Vaughan is more into Test cricket than ODIs (with 17 centuries and 15 half centuries in 69 Test games)
my personal opinion is...its not very fair to compare those 2.. coz right now Vaughan has more experience in both ODI and test cricket, and he could be the better one.
but if we look at the records, Tikolo could be the better one if Kenya had the test status.

I'm a strong cricket follower, but have no idea who Steve Tikolo is, so I'm saying Vaughan...he did captain an Ashes winning squad, and just scored a century in the last test...
