to investigate baseless violation of emails, and ban this person from ever using this site again, using their ips address to enforce this ban??

to banananose, they have a community board on this free site, so why not an investigative board, by the way, they used to terminate accounts without any investigation on this free site, so why not do some checking before they take their drastic action.

NO Yahoo does not charge so they have every right to set the limits.
