You could try carrying one of those small mini recorders and save your story ideas on it. Or you might carry a small notebook and jot down your ideas. Try to make notes, either verbal/written, which have your key elements. Hopefully doing this will jog your memory later.
You might also try practicing meditation to increase your focus and concentration (to help you later while you are actively writing).

Write down what your original idea is and ideas you have regarding it. Then when you get new ideas write them down as well. Think of all the different things you would do in each story, look through your list, and then pick which one you want to start on first, then later after you pick one and finish it you can come back to your list and start on one of your other ideas.

keep a log of all your ideas and devote your time to whichever calls to you the strongest. you might stop that one halfway through or whatever when a different idea strikes you, but you'll still have that idea and can return to it whenever you need to. eventually you'll find one that you HAVE to write and you won't have much of a problem sticking the process through. but whatever you do, do not lose your ideas! make sure you keep every one of them, even if you doubt that you'll ever write the stories.

when an idea comes to mind, write it in a notebook (small one that you can carry in your pocket) if you begin to fill out the story, you know that you should work on that one... but don't loose the rest, you'll come back to them.

Thank you Scarlet.
Record it dude, then get back to the current story.
Thinking up ideas if fun, finishing them is work. But the no pain, no gain principal applies. It's fine to switch exercises, but please complete the set, first.

Write them all down and decide which one you like best, the audience your shooting for would like best, and which has the best plot.
