Having a laptop that cheap is asking for trouble. Please rethink whether you need a notebook or only want a notebook. A notebook like that will almost certainly necessitate another purchace very quickly. Lower tier brand computers offer poor quality parts and worse tech support.

That will be verrry difficult...but you could probably get a refurbished one...but I wouldn't rely on a refurbished one at all.

Look on http://www.ebay.com under computers, you can find some really good buys.
