Go to the website link below. It is the Screen Actors Guild Agent list for both SAG franchised and non-franchised agencies in all states:

The singing and dancing is good, but you need to have acting experience before you can get an agent who will send you on auditions. Whereever you are, get some legitimate roles to put on your resume and a few weeks before you plan to be in LA do a mass mailing. Go to SAG.org and/or RossReports.com and mail to all or as many agents as you please and see who you get a response from. You may not afford to be picky because they very well may all toss your pic in the trash depending on your credits. There are no guarantees here about that so you have to mail and take your chances. If your resume is good or if you know someone who will refer you personally you may get some meetings.

If you prefer to do theatre since singing is often the first part of the audition you may have the best shot of a callback, do casing searches on www.backstage.com or www.actorsequity.com (click on casting call)

If you do not get an agent, you can try going for small roles or student films and independant films, etc. on www.actorsaccess.com

If you'll be in Los Angeles, you can also check out www.workingactors.com, click on actors. People/companies pay to be in this book (now also a website) so you need to be careful and check into them before you use them, it can still be a very good resource especially for photographers, classes, etc.

Good luck!
