personally i don't want him to break the record. his personality doesn't sit right with me when he does interviews. hank aaron was so classy, completely different from bonds. it doesn't really matter if he is on steroids. im sure that helped his power throughout the years but he has plenty of talent. he's going to break this eventually and i think he should be praised for it because it is such a great accomplishment.

Very excited! For baseball and hopefully a return to being a true game. The business and entertainment aspect is ruining the sport due to controversy.

For Barry to rewrite the history books is good for the sport, and then we can celebrate the next player that passes his record up too.

Bonds has never tested dirty, and even if he's on the roids, it doesn't grant him super powers. He has been one of the best and most feared hitters in the league for years, and deserves his moment even if his personality sucks.
More importantly, why doesn't anyone care that Tom Glavine is going for win #300 tonite? The way things are going, A-Rod can pass Bonds' record for homeruns, but there will most likely never be another 300 game winner in MLB.
