The answer is not malleable. Malleable means that you can deform it and shape it.

The others are correct - memory metal, shape memory alloy. Something descriptive like that. There does not appear to be a term of art to describe it.

Not maleability, that is a property regarding how well a metal may be hammered into a shape. Gold is the most maleable element, I think I heard that one ounce of it can be hammered into a sheet of 10 square feet(?) - something like that...

This is a "smart" material. The material can "remember" a property such as shape. The property changes, or is controlled, by such things as adding heat or by a magnetic field for example.
