I love to use my crock pot and freeze ahead meals. If I know I'm making lasagna I'll make 2 and freeze one that saves a lot of time and energy down the line.. I also LOVE Kraftfoodandfamily magazine you can sign up for it on their website lots of recipies and shopping lists and coupons.. I start a load of laundry at night and put it in the dryer before I leave to keep up with the daily stuff.. I also have my husband help me in the evening pick up all the kids toys and I vacuum.. OR I clean the kitchen at night so it's ready to go in the morning.... Do what works for you... I also like to pour bleach down my drains once a month.. Toilet, sink and I fill the bathtub with really hot water and the next morning I empty and wipe out the tub and swish/flush the toilet and wipe the sink.. I love antibacterial wipes I give the surfaces a good wipe down.... I also use basket to store kids toys and things that don't belong in a particular room I them go around and place the items in the room they go in..or if company is coming stash it in a closet until I can get to it... good luck

Make everyone in your family place all item back and where they belong. That will save you a lot of cleaning time. Also clean the kitchen while you cook. Much easier clean-up. Also every time you use something that requires clean-up after use do so. Example bathroom counter wipe down removing waste toothpaste, hair etc... This should help a little.

you might look into preparing your meals in a crockpot and allow them to cook on low while you are at work.

thru the week what is wrong with paper plates if you have a small family...eliminates a lot of dishes

maybe hire a local high school girl to come in during the day and start a load of laundry for you

put a shopping list on your fridge so that each time you go into it the list is right there for you to pencil in your needs, and shop only once a week instead of making several trips

You didnt mention as to whether or not you were married..if so dont be afraid to hand him a list of honey dos, it wont kill him...it never did me.

I get tons of tips and tricks from them.

Start with a timer. You can do anything for 15 minutes. Just set your timer and start!
