Sorry Question Queen. You're by yourself on that one. The lips stay the same on my avatar no matter how dark or light I make her. It's only if I change the type of face do her lips change.

Cuz they are stereotyping. Actually, I haven't noticed that. I just changed my avator's complexion to one several shades darker and my lips didn't change.

Mine is pretty pale, but I think the eyes and lips are disproportionately big. I think if you choose the round face, you get big eyes and lips with it. I wish they had more facial shapes!
